Super 15 Points System

Now that Super Rugby has started, are you left wondering how the points table works? Or were you confused in previous seasons why teams scored points differently? For those of us who already knew, well here is a little refresher.

Well Rugby Union deduced a points method which gave teams bonus points. The purpose is to encourage an attacking style of play, and to discourage a repetitive goal-kicking tactic.

Also, no team can get more than 5 points in a single match.
